Driving from the North (Southbound into Colleyville)

Best reference roads: SH-121 / Precinct Line Rd / Grapevine Hwy (TX-26 / Colleyville Blvd)

  1. Head south on TX-121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) or your main northbound highway into the DFW area.
  2. Take the exit toward Glade Rd / Precinct Line Rd / TX-26 (Grapevine Hwy) depending on your route.
  3. Merge onto TX-26 South (Grapevine Hwy / Colleyville Blvd).
  4. Continue straight on Colleyville Blvd (TX-26) for several miles through central Colleyville.
  5. You will pass major cross streets like Brown Trail and Cheek-Sparger Rd.
  6. Continue driving until you reach 4401 Colleyville Blvd.
  7. The hospital will be on the right-hand side (southbound side of the road).
  8. Turn into the driveway for Towne Center Animal Hospital / surrounding plaza parking.

Driving from the East (Westbound into Colleyville)

Common starting areas: Grapevine, Southlake, Flower Mound, DFW Airport side

Via TX-26 (Most direct / easiest route)

  1. Get onto TX-26 West (Grapevine Hwy) heading toward Colleyville.
  2. This is the main road that runs directly through Colleyville.
  3. Continue driving west on Colleyville Blvd / TX-26.
  4. Stay on TX-26 as you pass through Grapevine and into Colleyville.
  5. You’ll pass major intersections such as: Dove Rd Hall-Johnson Rd Glade Rd
  6. Continue straight on Colleyville Blvd.
  7. Drive until you reach 4401 Colleyville Blvd.
  8. The hospital will be on your left-hand side (westbound direction).
  9. Turn into the plaza driveway for parking at Towne Center Animal Hospital.

Driving from the South (Northbound into Colleyville)

Common starting areas: Fort Worth, Hurst, Euless

Option 1: Via Precinct Line Rd (Most direct from south Fort Worth area)

  1. Head north on Precinct Line Rd toward Colleyville.
  2. Continue straight as Precinct Line Rd becomes a major northbound route into Colleyville.
  3. Cross major intersections such as: Hwy 183 area (if coming from Euless/Hurst) Cheek-Sparger Rd Brown Trail
  4. Continue north until you reach Colleyville Blvd (TX-26 / Grapevine Hwy).
  5. Turn right (eastbound) onto Colleyville Blvd.
  6. Drive a short distance to 4401 Colleyville Blvd.
  7. The hospital will be on your right-hand side.
  8. Turn into the plaza entrance for parking.

Option 2: Via Hwy 121 (from Fort Worth / South Fort Worth suburbs)

  1. Take TX-121 North toward Grapevine/DFW Airport.
  2. Exit toward Glade Rd / TX-26 / Colleyville Blvd.
  3. Merge onto TX-26 East (Colleyville Blvd).
  4. Continue straight through Colleyville.
  5. Pass intersections like Hall-Johnson Rd and Brown Trail.
  6. Continue to 4401 Colleyville Blvd.
  7. The hospital will be on your left-hand side (if heading east) or right depending on your direction of travel.
  8. Turn into the plaza parking area

Driving from the West (Eastbound into Colleyville)

Common starting areas: Grapevine, Keller, Southlake

Option 1: Via TX-26 / Colleyville Blvd (Most direct route)

  1. Head east on TX-26 (Grapevine Hwy / Colleyville Blvd) toward Colleyville.
  2. Continue straight as you enter Colleyville.
  3. Stay on Colleyville Blvd as it runs through the main city corridor.
  4. You will pass major intersections such as: Dove Rd Hall-Johnson Rd Brown Trail
  5. Continue east until you reach 4401 Colleyville Blvd.
  6. The hospital will be on your right-hand side.
  7. Turn into the plaza entrance for parking.

Option 2: Via SH-121 (from Keller / Southlake area)

  1. Take SH-121 South or East toward Grapevine/DFW Airport.
